Description from the seller

Crystal champagne bucket – France, mid-20th century

Refined champagne bucket in French crystal, made in the second half of the 20th century (approximately 1955–1975).

The object features an elegant and timeless design, characterized by pronounced vertical grooves that enhance the brilliance and purity of the crystal, perfectly balancing late Art Déco style with the classic taste of French Mid-Century. The shape is solid and harmonious, with thick walls, a very heavy base, and handles with a soft profile, typical elements of high-end production intended for luxury tableware.

The crystal is perfectly transparent and luminous, free of bubbles or imperfections, indicating a high-quality craftsmanship. The absence of an engraved mark is consistent with many productions intended for export or the prestigious hotel sector.
