Vintage 10 kt gold ring – Cumnock School / College of Expression – 20th century
Fascinating vintage ring in 10 carat gold, originating from the historic Cumnock School, prestigious private girls’ school founded in 1894 in the United States and later merged into the Cumnock College of Expression, an integral part of the first artistic training at the University of Southern California (USC).
The ring features a central red stone, of unverified nature (it could be glass or other material), set in a mount with a strong symbolic and historical character, typical of American institutional rings from the early to mid-20th century.
