Pierre Victor Louis Vignal, born in Le Bouscat, a town in the northern outskirts of Bordeaux, on July 7, 1855, and died on February 23, 1925, at the Clinica Oudinot in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, was a French watercolorist.
The frame shown in the photo is considered a gift attached to the artwork. It will be provided with the painting free of charge. No disputes regarding the frame or complaints about potential transport damages related to the frame will be accepted.
