Rare bottle of Chivas Royal Salute 21 Years Old, bottled between the late 1970s and the early 1980s, originally intended for the Italian market.
• Original green ceramic bottle (Wade pottery)
• Sealed, with original cap and cord
• Alcohol strength: 40% vol
• Bottle size: 75 cl
• Historic Italian importer label (R.B. S.p.A. Torino – Lic. UTF n. 71)
• No laser code (typical of pre-1990s bottlings)
Royal Salute is a prestigious blended Scotch whisky first created in 1953 to celebrate the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II.
In this early production, the youngest whisky in the blend has been aged for at least 21 years in oak casks, with component whiskies likely distilled in the 1950s to early 1960s.
