Eugen Feller, Original Signed & Numbered Screenprint, an edition limited to 71, 50 × 50 cm, green, signed by hand, in excellent condition, with frame, Croatian origin, minimalist geometric/Op Art style.
Description from the seller
This lot offers the exceptional opportunity to acquire a refined original serigraph by the celebrated Croatian-Italian master Eugen Feller (born in Split in 1942), a cornerstone figure of the Neocostruttivist movements and of the New Tendencies. Created in 1971, this work represents a significant testament to the artist's exploration of geometric abstraction and optical perception during his period of greatest expressive maturity.
The composition stands out for an hypnotic rhythmic "wave" pattern, rendered in vivid and bright shades of green that give the work extraordinary visual dynamism. This is a limited edition, precisely numbered 42/180 in pencil in the lower left corner. Authenticity is guaranteed by the artist's handwritten signature "E. Feller" and the date "71", inscribed in pencil by the artist in the lower right.
