The protagonist, rendered with delicate sensuality, is caught in a moment of intimacy and stillness, while one of the putti approaches her playfully, holding a bow and arrows, a clear reference to the symbolic world of Eros and love.
The natural setting, with trees, open sky, and vegetation, creates a harmonious and dreamlike frame, typical of the painting tradition inspired by the Italian Renaissance and Baroque.
