Nettuno is one of Italy’s oldest fountain pen manufacturers. the date it was registered, indicates that Nettuno established in 1911.
The origin took place in Bologna where Vecchietti’s Family owned the prestigious pen store A.C. Vecchietti.
The name Nettuno (the god of sea) came from the statue of Neptune that stands in Bologna’s Piazza Maggiore, a symbol of the city since time immemorial.
