Italian hanging lamp dating from 1950–1970, with a patinated brass/bronze mounting and a white opal glass diffuser, dimensions 60 cm high by 30 cm wide.
Description from the seller
Diffuser: Large sphere in white satin opaline glass (milk glass). The glass is in excellent condition, free of chips or cracks, and ensures soft, even light diffusion.
Structure: The mounting, the rosette, and the decorative cap are made of brass (or brass-plated metal) with a natural patina of age that attests to its authenticity. The upper cap is finished with functional ventilation holes and a classic knob terminal.
Suspension: The chandelier is supported by its original coordinated metal chain, which allows height adjustment.
Overall condition: good vintage condition.
Metal: It shows signs of surface oxidation consistent with its age (original patina), which can be polished or left as is to preserve the piece’s character.
Electrical system: to be reviewed/inspected to ensure its compliance with current standards (common for units from this era).
