Description from the seller

Basilique - UNIQUE - 22x27cm - SPECIAL RELEASE

Organic forms drift and collide, ruled by a nocturnal force—like a bull presiding over a glittering night of violet horizons. Surreal shapes vibrate with energy, inviting the eye to wander and uncover creatures, gazes, or hidden treasures known only to the viewer. Bold and radiant, the work overflows with abundance, illuminating both the space it inhabits and the heart that meets it.

Original artwork on canvas made in the city of Paris (2024). Created exclusively with acrylics, with a felt-tip pen used on top for the incredibly meticulous line work. Delivered with a hand-signed certificate of authenticity. Carefully shipped in a sturdy cardboard envelope - stretched and ready to be framed. Please mind that the artwork might appear differently in photos, depending on the camera settings.

ABOUT THE ARTIST:

Roger Haus [1984] has been delivering the wow factor in his work for over a decade. Trained at La Llotja Art and Crafts Academy in Barcelona, one of Spain's oldest and most prestigious art institutions, where renowned artists like Picasso and Miró honed their craft, Roger Haus later continued his training at IDEP Academy, known for its strong emphasis on technological integration. Meanwhile, passionate about manga, street art, and photography, he filled the streets with graffiti and his notebooks with daily illustrations. In 2015, Roger expressed an interest in the use of generative networks for his drawings and paintings, making him one of the early pioneers. Today, his art has been exhibited in the USA, Canada, France, Spain, Switzerland, Japan, and South Korea, making big waves on social media. Roger has collaborated with prominent institutions, including Universal Music, the Picasso Museum, CaixaForum, and the Joan Miró Foundation. A surrealist at heart, Roger embraces automatism for the spontaneous expression, inviting you to step a little closer into an exciting world of infinite possibilities.
