A very typical work of the exceptional artist, who unfortunately passed away in 2011. The New York City Taxi, known as the Yellow Cab, is one of the artist's icons. Rizzi also spent some time working as a taxi driver in NYC.
Beautiful print from the catalog THE NEW YORK PAINTINGS from 1996. The catalog is out of print, and the edition size is unknown to us.
Very good condition of the print. Newly framed with a mat.
We ship securely packaged with insurance and tracking.
Rizzi was a 3D artist, and his art is especially popular in the USA, Switzerland, Germany, and Japan. Since the artist's death, his works have become increasingly rare. He follows prominent pop art artists like Haring, Warhol, and Lichtenstein. His art is similar to that of Charles Fazzino.
