Description from the seller
THE VIOLIN is a 70x100 cm painting by contemporary artist Ernest García. This painting features a violin resting naturally on a black chair, as if it had just been left after a musical pause. The instrument, painted in warm tones of oranges and reddish hues, stands out powerfully against the deep blue background, creating a vibrant contrast that enhances its presence. Under the violin, an open music notebook suggests music still suspended in the air, a recent melody or one to come.
The chair, simple and sturdy, also supports a cushion decorated with yellow and pink circular shapes that provide a playful and contemporary visual rhythm. The floor in pink tones softens the scene and balances the composition, adding warmth to the whole.
The painting conveys a sense of intimacy and silence full of meaning: there are no human figures, but their absence feels close. It is a scene of waiting, of contemplation, where the violin becomes a symbol of artistic expression, of time suspended, and of the dialogue between music, color, and domestic space.
Authenticity and Shipping
The work is offered directly by E. García, guaranteeing its authenticity through a certificate signed by the artist himself. The painting will be carefully rolled and protected inside a sturdy cardboard tube for shipping. After payment confirmation, a period of three days is required to prepare the piece and send it. Delivery time will depend on the destination, with a maximum of up to ten business days.
