The young painter belongs to a new generation of experimental female artists who deliberately work away from conventional studios. At 23, she has created for herself an unusual, yet inspiring working environment: a converted sheep barn on the outskirts of Leipzig, the big city.
She predominantly paints using a spatula technique on raw linen.
Characteristic of her painting are bold color layering, organic structures, and an intuitive, physical working process.
Despite her young age, she has already attracted some attention, participated in group exhibitions, and sold to collectors in Berlin and Zurich.
