Zenith - S 58 - S58 - Men - 1950-1959

In 1958, there was a significant need for a robust diver's watch; Zenith met this demand by launching the S.58 model in a limited production run. On the dial, the "S" stands for "Super Water-Resistant," while "58" refers to its production year.
This timepiece is powered by Zenith’s magnificent 2542 PC movement. Please note that since the bezel is made of bakelite, it shows some natural wear over time. The dial of this particular watch has been professionally restored.
As a highly rare model, it is a sought-after piece for collectors worldwide. It should be noted that the crown is not original to this watch, as indicated by the "T" insignia on it. The watch comes with a stretchy (expander) bracelet, and the case has not been polished, preserving its original lines.
