Binnenhaven te Scheveningen is a 19th-century oil painting by the Dutch artist Evert Moll, depicting the Scheveningen inner harbour, signed in the lower right and sold with a frame, measuring 53 × 73 cm.
Description from the seller
This is an oil painting on canvas by Evert Moll, clearly signed in the lower right. The painting shows the inner harbor of Scheveningen. Evert Moll (1878–1965) is best known as an artist of the Rotterdam harbors and was active for almost 55 years, during which he built up a very large oeuvre mainly of maritime paintings. In addition, he also produced landscapes, cityscapes and floral still lifes. Within his maritime work, the paintings created in the harbor of Scheveningen occupy a special place and are of particular interest.
Dimensions: 50 x 70 cm
Dimensions with frame: 53 x 73 cm
Viewing is, of course, possible. Additionally, we have our own in-house framing workshop, which is celebrating its 85th anniversary. Furthermore, we collaborate with restorers from the professional organization: 'Restauratoren Nederland'. If you wish to make use of this service, we would of course be happy to hear from you.
