Signing with RESERVATION at the time of receiving the package grants the right to inspect it at a later time, and in case of damages caused during transport, the courier will be responsible. If the box is damaged, the recipient must, upon signing for receipt with the driver, accept the shipment with a specific reservation of inspection and keep all packaging and contents. The shipment must be left in the condition it was delivered. Claims for compensation due to damage to the contents cannot be considered if the package shows no obvious external damage. Furthermore, the compensation request must be submitted—under penalty of forfeiture—within 72 hours of receiving the package, providing photographs of the unopened packaging upon arrival, after opening, of the contents, and the shipping label.
