Federico Bramati, known as Febra, over time began to express himself in a concise and with a decisive impact. All his Works have a story they want to tell, from everyday life to more complex, sometimes dark, macabre themes. In every situation, there is behind it a mood of the social moment, of the historical period. He loves painting female figures: a plain landscape does not represent him. In every one of his works there must appear a character, preferably with an object, who tells his story. He began painting as a child, with creations whose hand was unrecognizable and not original. Currently, after studies and continuous trials, he has found “his signature,” as one tends to say, easily recognizable even without signing the painting. This — according to Bramati — already represents a personal victory. He creates acrylic paintings on canvas. He loves bright and brilliant colors and his works are an experience of meanings that push the viewer to smile before reflecting on serious themes.
