Description from the seller
Very exclusive and exceptionally rare vase/bottle made from real uranium glass (also known as uraline). Under UV light at 365 nm, the glass exhibits an extremely strong, bright green fluorescence. Without UV, the glass is transparently light green; with UV it changes to an intense neon-like green.
The bottle is marked on the bottom with “41” and probably dates from the period 1910–1920. It is a handmade piece from early European glass art, in the style of Belle Époque / Art Nouveau / early Art Deco.
Extremely rare in this state:
no scratches, no chips, no cracks, no restorations.
Truly a museum-quality specimen. It glows very brightly under UV light, and with daylight a nice glow is also visible.
Very suitable as a vase, but also perfect as a standalone collectible or display piece.
Weight: 560 grams
Height: 22.5 cm
Diameter: 12 cm
It is in very good condition, with no defects whatsoever. This is a piece you rarely encounter in this condition.
