Description from the seller

Salvatore Fiume (Italy, 1915–1997) was one of the leading figures of Italian art in the twentieth century, known for a monumental and symbolic figurative style, characterized by archetypal female figures, suspended atmospheres, and a cultivated yet immediately recognizable visual language.

The work Figure belongs to Salvatore Fiume's mature graphic production and depicts a nude female figure flanked by a horse and a second figure in the background, set within a symbolically charged interior.
The composition, based on warm color fields and a concise painterly mark, is consistent with the artist's figurative language in the 1970s.

The artwork is a color graphic created with mixed media on paper, signed in pencil on the front at the lower right and numbered in pencil 92/150 at the lower left.
It is printed on high-quality fine-art paper, bearing a blind stamp “Fiume controlled,” guaranteeing the artist's direct control over the edition.

Overall good conditions.
The work shows some signs of handling and normal wear along the edges, but it does not affect the central area of the image nor the graphic surface, which remains intact.
