This is a 1984 offset print relating to Joseph Beuys's artwork and ecological action '7000 Oaks'.
The work, titled in German "7000 Eichen – Stadtverwaldung statt Stadtverwaltung" (7000 oaks - urban reforestation instead of urban administration), was initiated by Beuys in Kassel, Germany, on the occasion of Documenta 7 in 1982.
The project involved planting 7,000 oaks, each beside a basalt column, as an environmental and social work of art.
