A photograph exhibited and published in the catalog “Six photographes chez Le Corbusier. La Villa Savoye édifiée par Le Corbusier à Poissy (1929-1930)”.
Exhibition at the Centre Georges Pompidou, November 13, 1984 – January 7, 1985 (The catalog is not included in the sale).

Photograph dimensions 12.6 x 17.8 cm.

Good condition, with blue marker writing on the back as shown in the photo.

Gilles Ehrmann was the pseudonym of the French photographer and photojournalist Pierre Germain Ehrmann, born in Metz (Moselle) on September 3, 1928, and died on May 27, 2005, in the 15th arrondissement of Paris. Active from 1950 to 2005, he published in the leading magazines, associated with the Surrealists, in particular André Breton; he exhibited frequently for over five decades and produced several books. His main themes were architecture, landscape, and photojournalism.
