Sheaffer - Sheaffer Targa 1090 Fred Force 10 - Fountain pen

The Fred 1090 Sheaffer Targa pen was introduced in 1992 as part of the Fred Joaillier force 10 collection.Sheaffer made the pens in fountain pen and ballpen, the finish is palladium electroplate in a nautical rope pattern trimmed with 23K gold electroplate and a 18K solid gold nib.The ring patterned ornament and heavy gauge body gives the force 10 targa an altogether different look and feel.

Fred Samuel was born in 1908 ,his first store opened in 1936 at 6 Rue Royale in Paris.The force 10 collection was created in 1966,this was one of the first lines of jewellery to combine chic and sporty, by using gold and steel.

This pen is is excellent condition, with the sticker still on, in its beautiful red Sheaffer box. The inlaid nib is a fine and 14K gold.
