The back is engraved with "Shinmeisha 神明社."
The box has the characters "Housyu 宝舟" written on it.
This is Akumi Kobe Shinmei Shrine 安久美神戸神明社 in Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture.

Tengu is one of the most well-known yokai in Japan.
