Two Japanese Imari porcelain bowls dating to the Meiji period (1910–1920) with a cobalt blue underglaze interior and a hand-painted iron-red and green central scene, exterior decorated with a continuous blue underglaze floral motif, in good used condition with minor signs of age, dimensions about 17.5 cm diameter and 3.8 cm high (weight around 726 g).

Two Japanese Imari porcelain bowls, dated Meiji period (1868-1912). The interior features a lively, hand-painted central panel with flora and fauna in iron red, green, brown, partly enamel. The scene takes place against a rich cobalt blue underglaze background.
The outer edge is decorated with a continuous pattern and a floral motif in underglaze blue with iron-red accents.
Condition: signs of use. No chips, hairlines or restorations.
Size approx: height 3.8 cm, diameter 17.5 cm
