The blend highlights the aromas of Pinot Noir, with notes of raspberry, fig, strawberry and cherry, enhanced by the mineral elegance and delicacy of Chardonnay. The wine is fleshy and enveloping, with a roundness and creaminess that accentuate its sweetness and voluptuousness. The freshness and crunchiness reminiscent of freshly picked grapes, combined with a radical maturation in the cellar, give the wine an intense and balanced character, powerful but at the same time light, like a beating heart.
