Montblanc Meisterstück 146 fountain pen, made in Germany, with a black precious resin body and cap, gold‑plated trim, a 14k solid gold EF nib, piston filling, length 14.2 cm and diameter 1.3 cm, serial GC114006, in good used condition with minor wear and no cracks, comes with the original box and is in working order.
Description from the seller
The pen is in very good overall condition, preserving its classic elegance and the characteristic presence of the Montblanc Meisterstück 146.
The body and the cap in black precious resin retain a deep, uniform shine. There are faint surface signs of use, visible only under close inspection and against the light, typical of a piece that has been carefully used and is in line with its age. No cracks, fissures, or chips are observed.
The gold-plated elements, including the clip and the decorative rings, are in good condition, with a shine present and slight cosmetic wear consistent with the passage of time, with no material loss or deformations. The inscription “MEISTERSTÜCK” on the central ring remains legible and well defined.
The Montblanc emblem at the top of the cap is complete, well-preserved, and firmly integrated.
The 14 kt solid gold nib, EF size, is presented aligned, clean, and in very good condition, with no deformations or visible damages. The ebonite feed is intact. The stroke is fine, precise, and regular, in accordance with the indicated point.
The piston feed system operates correctly, with smooth travel and good sealing.
Overall, it is a well-preserved, functional and aesthetically very attractive piece, ideal for both high-end daily use and for collection, especially interesting for its EF point and its balanced condition.
The pen comes with its original brand box for proper storage.
