Abstract expressionist original painting Search for harmony - (XXL) by Jovan Srijemac (born 1962), created in 2025, an acrylic on canvas work in 120 × 105 cm (overall with white borders) rolled without a wooden frame, signed by hand, varnished, with a certificate of authenticity and originating from the Netherlands.
Description from the seller
A unique work, abstract expressionist, large in size, with a total canvas size (including the extra white borders) of 120 x 105 x 1 cm. The artwork was painted in 2025. The painting is shipped rolled, without a wooden frame. Once mounted on the frame, the canvas size (image) is 110 x 95 x 2 cm.
In this work, the artist has let loose his deepest emotions, where bold colors and a dynamic interplay of colors intersect in a vibrant dance. Through the chaos, a sense of harmony emerges.
The artwork is painted with a broad palette, using a spatula, with acrylic paint on an XXL canvas. The painting is expressive and applied with a lot of dynamism on the canvas. Varnished, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. The dynamism, the expression, and the artist's freedom of artistic expression are clearly visible. This work fits perfectly into a modern interior or an office space. Condition of the work: excellent, varnished, with certificate of authenticity.
Original, a very unique and expressionist abstract work by the contemporary Dutch professional artist Jovan Srijemac (born 1962). Over more than 40 years, Jovan has sold his works worldwide to individuals, art collectors, and businesses. Throughout his long artistic career, he has been exhibited at various art fairs. Jovan works seven days a week in his own studio/gallery in the Netherlands.
From the chaos of ideas that rose in my mind, from the stolen inner energy, I want it, like a volcano, to burst forth and become an explosion, a symphony of colors on the canvas, framed by matter, by shapes, by faces—or by an abstract composition.
From the unconscious, there often arises a chaotic and explosive application of painting on the canvas: at first, figures, objects, portraits, or an unplanned abstract composition. Just as in the unplanned conception of a child: birth, growth, the shaping of personality and life. Often conceived unexpectedly, we are born, we grow, and we are all framed within our body, our frame, but each is unique in its own way.
