The Montblanc Meisterstück 744 Masterpiece is presented in overall very good condition, with remarkable preservation for a model from the 1950s.

The body and cap in gold-plated metal retain a warm, uniform shine. The vertical guilloché is sharp and well defined across the entire surface, with no softened areas or pronounced wear of the pattern. Micro-surface marks from use and the passage of time are visible only under direct light or close inspection, with no deep dents or structural dents.

The gold plating remains uniform, with no significant losses or areas of critical wear. The edges and corners maintain good definition.

The clip shows proper alignment and correct tension, with no deformations. The Montblanc top emblem is intact, with good contrast and no visible cracks.

The central ring engraved “Meisterstück” retains excellent legibility, with deep and well-defined engraving.

The black resin section maintains good shine and shows very light, normal signs of wear on a vintage piece, with no cracks or fissures.

The two-tone nib in 14K 585 gold shows crisp, well-preserved engravings. No deformities, cracks, or visible interventions are evident. The tines maintain proper alignment. It retains its original appearance without excessive wear on the two-tone finish.
