Bronze sculpture cast using lost-wax technique on a wooden base, titled "Danzatrice" (Dancer), a work by Italian artist Francesco Messina (1900-1995), one of the most significant sculptors of 20th-century Italy, depicting one of his most classic figures: a ballerina standing with arms crossed in front and the head turned in profile.
