This photographic series boldly celebrates the bohemian woman in her most elemental and powerful expression, confronting the fragility of fabric with the grandiose brutality of the American desert. The vast arid landscapes — ochre rock formations in badlands, desert plains with endless horizons, canyons swept by the wind — become the natural stage for silhouettes draped in crimson-veiled patterns of paisley and nomad-inspired cachemire. The intense red of the flowing fabrics, captured in their dance with the desert wind, creates compositions of sculptural beauty that simultaneously evoke the goddesses of Antiquity and the free-spirits of the 1970s. The warm-toned photographic treatment with a slightly grainy texture gives the images an authentic documentary feel that transcends a mere style exercise to touch the universal. Fine Art print with no white border on 200 g Hahnemühle “fine art” paper, for a delicate touch, a matte finish and a smooth surface.
This is by no means a simple poster or photo paper, but an exceptional Fine Art paper (close to a fine drawing paper like Canson).
Handle with cotton gloves and dust with a soft brush or microfiber cloth to avoid damage.

Technique used & creative process:
The artist carries out all of his shoots with the Canon R5 and works exclusively with the Adobe suite dedicated to photo retouching (Photoshop — Lightroom). He may use AI integrated in the Adobe suite as well as generative tools (AI) such as Midjourney to alter certain textures, backgrounds or integrations into a scene.

Delivery information (read carefully before bidding):
Your Fine Art Print will be shipped rolled in a suitably sized cardboard tube.
Shipping fees include a contribution to the unavoidable packing and handling costs of the work, a fixed amount of €5.
I no longer offer group shipment: all works are packaged individually ahead of sales to be shipped to collectors within the timeframe set by CataWiki.
Depending on your country of residence, national and international shipments go via CHRONOPOST or UPS. Customs duties specific to your country are the sole responsibility of the buyer; customs clearance services, duties, taxes, VAT and other charges may be collected at delivery.
