This striking panoramic artwork captures the ephemeral beauty of fluid dynamics, frozen in a fraction of a second. Set against a pristine white background, the composition features three distinct liquid sculptures, each rising from the surface in a unique formation of reddish-brown hues.
The process behind this piece is as fascinating as the result. The artwork is a digital composite, meticulously blended in Photoshop from three separate high-speed photographs. Using a precision drip system, the artist captured these fleeting moments where physics and chance collide. Because of the chaotic nature of fluid dynamics, no two drops are ever identical, making each splash in this sequence a singular, unrepeatable event.
From left to right, the viewer witnesses the evolution of the splash: the initial crown-like impact, the rising column balancing a perfect sphere, and the final, gravity-defying twist of liquid. The reflections on the surface below add depth and symmetry to the scene.

From Office Files to Times Square: My Journey in Light
Hello, I am Viktoria Farkas. My artistic journey is proof that it is never too late to reinvent yourself. Until recently, I was working in an office environment, but in 2020, I embarked on a life-changing adventure to the United States. My mission was twofold: to master a new language and to dive deep into the world of photography.
Trading my office chair for a camera, New York City became my classroom. I had the privilege of learning from renowned masters like Lindsay Adler and connecting with professionals like Norbi Bánhalmi. What started as a search for new possibilities quickly turned into a true calling.
My breakthrough moment came when one of my photographs was selected by the Art Square NY gallery to be displayed on a giant billboard in Times Square—a long way from the office files where I started. This passion has taken me from hunting for lighthouses in Maine to chasing waterfalls in Watkins Glen, eventually leading to the publication of my visual autobiography, "Lens and Life," featuring my 100 favorite black-and-white images.
Today, based in Budapest but available worldwide, photography is more than just a skill for me—it is my true love language and the way I connect with the world.
