Roberto Donatelli, Immagine, 1989, mixed media on canvas with oil and acrylic, original, signed by hand, 50 30 cm, Italy.
Description from the seller
Image – Mixed media on canvas – 60 x 70 cm
Original work by Roberto Donatelli, interpreter of Italian contemporary abstraction, in which gesture and color fuse into an arrangement of strong emotional intensity.
The composition unfolds on a vertical structure dominated by a deep, vibrant blue, crossed by matte drips that generate movement and visual tension. The yellow-gold fields, luminous and full-bodied, dialogue with red and green accents, creating a chromatic contrast of great energy.
The graphic mark, decisive yet controlled, recalls the European Informal tradition reinterpreted in a contemporary key, with evident research into painting material and color stratification.
Unique work (Unicum), made with mixed media on canvas and mounted on a wooden frame.
Dimensions: 60 x 70 cm.
Excellent conservation status.
The visual impact is immediate and sophisticated: a piece capable of enhancing modern interiors, professional studios, or private collections oriented toward Italian abstraction.
Excellent as an investment.

In 2006 he presented the exhibition “Lighting Star” in Rome at the Studio San Giacomo Gallery. In 2007, in Los Angeles, his works were exhibited at the Airport Art Walk for the LA Art-Show. He created a piece of jewelry worn during the Golden Globes for the film “Nomad.” He exhibited his jewelry in Santa Monica at the Sculpture to Wear gallery. In 2010 he displayed his collection of handcrafted jewelry at Fabricart in Rome, then at Recta Gallery in Rome and at Palazzo dei Delfini in Rome. From 2011 to 2014 he exhibited in numerous solo shows in Rome. No shipping to the USA and UAE for customs reasons.
