The artist's search has its roots in the great tradition of Italian extroflexion, drawing inspiration from the formal elegance and plastic tension of masters such as Agostino Bonalumi, Enrico Castellani, Paolo Scheggi, Turi Simeti and Giuseppe Amadio, while also engaging with the material force of Alberto Burri and the sculptural monumentalism of Arnaldo Pomodoro.
