Does NOT boot: it attempts to start, then restarts and repeats in a loop (boot loop).

Unit has been kept in storage since ~1995 and not used since then.
Needs internal cleaning (dust/age from storage).
Keyboard cable: outer insulation is deteriorated, but the cable is not cut (cosmetic/age-related damage; may need replacement)
