Description from the seller
Baseball bat CARAMBAR by XTC, with its back-side joke, of course!
Entirely painted with Montana spray paints, Posca markers, and varnish.
Only painted, no stickers for a uniform result and better durability over time.
Numbered 1/30 and signed at the end of the bat, Certificate of Authenticity (COA) provided.
The unit sent is not the one pictured but will be similar.
Careful, tracked shipping.
Born in 1978 in the center of France, XTC has shaped his artistic universe through his interest in Design, Pop Art, and more recently Street Art. This visual exploration turned into a passion that was meant to come to fruition.
XTC defines himself as a self-taught visual artist, aligning with the Pop Art movement, through the appropriation of contemporary consumer goods.
His creativity is expressed through the bold staging of icons of popular consumer culture, which he makes clash with the world of luxury and Street Art, further blurring the already tenuous boundaries between these worlds.
He expresses his art through sculpture, blending painting with all kinds of plastics and sometimes mineral materials.
All possible defects are part of the work and are detailed in photos.
