GREAT BOOK BY THE INTERNATIONALLY WELL-KNOWN GERMAN ARTIST Hans-Peter Feldmann,
known for many excellent publications like "Pictures" or like “1967-1993 Die Toten” (Martin Parr, The Photobook: A History, Vol 2, page 157).
Hans-Peter Feldmann, born in 1981 in Düsseldorf, is an artist whose interest in photography lies less in the aesthetic qualities of the medium than in the everyday ways in which people use it. The photographs compiled in this book are amateur snapshots from the private collection of a friend of the artist, from which he selected 324 photographs taken between 1943 and 1993. Taken together, they reflect the course of a human life. The book is both a souvenir and a historical document, functioning as a medium of personal memory as well as of collective remembrance.
EXCELLENT, VERY FRESH CONDITION.
Schirmer and Mosel, Munich. 1994. First edition, first printing.

Great book by german artist Hans-Peter Feldmann - a must-have for every collector of the artist.
