Everett Thomas Orsini, born in October 1946, has always lived in Rochester, New York. He graduated from McQuaid Jesuit High in 1964. Among other studies, he studied Design at the Rochester Institute of Technology and Art History at the University of Rochester, attending evening courses. After retiring in 2003, after thirty years as a civilian police employee, Tom began producing commissioned watercolors of houses in the Rochester area.
