This is an antique gadget from the famous "Italian Line" (Italia Società di Navigazione), the company that managed maritime legends such as the Andrea Doria, the Michelangelo, and the Raffaello.
These items were often given to First Class passengers or sold in onboard shops. Those marked "Italian Line" (a name used mainly for the American market) are highly sought after.
- Brand: The "Italian Line" mark engraved on the stem is clearly legible and guarantees its authenticity as an official piece of the company.
- Material: solid brass or bronze.
- Original patina, not polished.
Dimensions: 15 cm x 7 cm
- Period: 1950s
