The base is clearly engraved with “S.T. Dupont de Paris – Made in France” and the serial number “E4CA61,” confirming it as a genuine vintage Dupont model.

Shows age-appropriate wear including fine scratches on the gold-plated surfaces and minor handling marks. The natural Chinese lacquer panels retain a rich gloss with minimal imperfections, and the engraved red signature remains crisp. Overall, it presents beautifully for its age.
