Jovan Srijemac (1962) presents Urban Jungle - XXL, a 2026 acrylic abstract expressionist original on XXL canvas, 105 x 120 cm (unframed, shipped rolled; once framed the visible painting is 95 x 110 cm), hand-signed, in excellent condition, origin Netherlands, with a certificate of authenticity.
Description from the seller
Unique large abstract painting with total canvas size (with extra white edges) 105 x 120 x 01 cm. The work was painted in 2026. The painting is shipped rolled, without a stretcher frame. Once mounted on the frame, the canvas size (image) is 95 x 110 x 2 cm.
In this work I released my deepest emotions, causing bold colors and strong brushstrokes to cross each other in a dynamic dance. From the chaos there is a sense of harmony. The work is painted with acrylic paint on XXL canvas. The paint is applied in several expressive layers with a lot of dynamism on the canvas. The dynamism, expression and freedom of the artist's artistic expression are clearly visible.
NOTE: For buyers from the Netherlands who want to pick up the painting themselves, it is possible, by arrangement and for a fee, to have the canvas stretched on the stretcher frame.
Original, very unique abstract expressionist work by Dutch professional/contemporary artist (since the early 1980s) Jovan Srijemac (1962). This work fits well in a modern interior or office space.
Condition of the work is excellent, varnished, with certificate of authenticity.
The chaos of ideas that have arisen in my head, the inner depraved energy, wants to come out like a volcano and become an explosion and a symphony of colors on the canvas, framed with matter, figures, faces or an abstract composition.
From the unconscious, often chaotic and explosive application of paint on the canvas, initially unplanned figures, objects, portraits or an abstract composition arise. Like the unplanned conception of a child: birth, growing up, to personality formation and his life. Often unintentionally conceived, we are born, grow up, and we are all framed in the body, our frame, but each is unique in its own way.
