Description from the seller
In this we present a pillar of luxury writing: the Montblanc Meisterstück 146, also known as LeGrand. This model represents the perfect balance between the majesty of the 149 and the practicality of the Classique, making it the preferred instrument among professionals and collectors for everyday use. The specimen is made in precious black resin with elegant gold-plated finishes, maintaining the classic cigar design that made the Hamburg maison famous.
The strong point of this 146 is its 14-karat (585) two-tone gold nib, hand-finished and decorated with high-precision engravings. As indicated by the original sticker still present on the barrel, the nib is of the “M” (Medium) grade, ideal for smooth and versatile writing. The pen features the traditional piston-filling system, with a convenient transparent window to monitor the ink level that appears perfectly clear.
The specimen is presented in excellent, practically as-new condition, offered as Full Set, complete with its original box and the “Service Guide” manual. For added authenticity, the individual serial number is engraved on the clip band, accompanied by the inscription “Germany.” It is an unmissable opportunity to acquire a timeless classic, ready to offer decades of impeccable writing.
