Description from the seller
The artwork is stretched on a stretcher frame and offered in a shadow gap frame made of darkly stained linden wood. Ready to hang.
Edition: handmade unique piece including authenticity certificate
Technique: painted without a brush, colors applied directly by hand
Material: acrylic paints of studio quality on ungessoed canvas (cotton 370 g/m2)
Dimensions: 80 cm x 60 cm
Signature: signed and dated on the back
Shipping: with tracking number

The painting was created with a special and unusual technique. The artist uses no brushes for his art but applies the acrylic paint directly to the canvas by hand. The paint is poured very thinly onto the ungessoed cotton fabric and massaged into the fabric. This allows the color to penetrate deeply into the material, and no brush strokes are visible. The artist repeats this process several times. The paintings consist of up to ten layers of color. This creates very fine transitions and nuances that are difficult to convey in photographs with perfect fidelity.
