Montblanc Noblesse steel pen with a gold-plated clip, made in Germany in the late 20th century, 13.7 cm long and 0.7 cm in diameter, in good used condition and fully functional.
Description from the seller
The ballpoint pen is in very good overall condition, preserving the sleek, stylized elegance characteristic of the Noblesse line.
The metal body with a satin finish shows minor surface micro-scratches typical of normal use and the passage of time, visible mainly under direct light. No dings, dents, or deformities are observed. The finish maintains a uniform, pleasant texture to the touch, preserving good aesthetic presence.
The gold-plated clip retains good brightness, with slight rubbing marks typical in contact areas. It is firmly attached, well aligned, and fully functional.
The activation system works correctly: the refill extends via the top button, locking in the writing position, and retracts when the clip is actuated, which frees the mechanism and allows the tip to return to its original position. The mechanism responds smoothly and precisely.
It is important to note that the top button shows small marks and light wear, consistent with use. Likewise, the Montblanc emblem (white star) located on the button shows small superficial marks and light wear, in line with the piece’s age, without affecting its integrity or correct identification.
Overall, this is a well-preserved specimen, with normal signs of use commensurate with its age, fully functional and aesthetically appealing. An elegant piece representative of German industrial design from the 1970s–1980s, ready to continue writing in style.
It will be shipped in a courtesy box to preserve the condition of the piece.
