For all watches with steel bracelets and leather, rubber, nato, etc., it is possible to remove links or resize with the appropriate tools. If you are not able to do it yourself, please kindly seek a professional.
All automatic watches must be wound on first use; merely moving the wrist is not enough to maintain the required power reserve.

RULE FOR ALL WRISTWATCHES WITH DATE FUNCTION
To avoid possible damage to the movement, please do not set the date with the crown when the time is between 21:00 and 03:00. It is recommended to set the date with the crown when the time is between 03:05 and 20:55. (Some models have a screw-down crown; for settings, gently unscrew the crown counterclockwise. Do not forget to securely screw the crown back after completing the desired adjustments.)
