Information: Jacqueline Lamba was a painter and a close friend of Dora Maar whom she met in 1926 at André Lhote's studio at the École des Beaux-Arts. She spent several summers in Antibes with Picasso and his muse. It was during these stays that this intimate moment was photographed by Dora Maar.
