Ugo Nespolo, born in Mosso (Biella), trained at the Albertina Academy of Fine Arts in Turin and holds a degree in Modern Literature. His beginnings in the Italian art scene date back to the sixties, to Pop Art, to the future conceptual and poverist movements. Never tied absolutely to a single current, his production quickly characterizes itself by a marked ironic, transgressive imprint, and a personal sense of fun.
