A 2019 bottling of the highly-regarded Aberlour 12 Year Old Non-Chill Filtered. Unlike the standard 12-year-old expression, this version is bottled at a higher strength of 48% ABV and bypasses the chill-filtration process, preserving the natural oils and esters for a richer, more textural mouthfeel. Matured in a signature combination of Oloroso Sherry butts and first-fill American Oak bourbon casks, this is a quintessential 'Sherry Bomb' from Speyside.
Nose: Rich and fruity with notes of red apples, plump raisins, and a dusting of cinnamon and nutmeg.
Palate: Full-bodied and creamy. Deep flavors of dark chocolate, orange zest, and honeyed malt, perfectly balanced by the spicy influence of the oak.
Finish: Long, warm, and sweet with a lingering spice and a hint of charred wood.

Nose: Fresh and vibrant with aromas of summer hay, creamy toffee, and heather honey, followed by hints of malty cereal and citrus peel.
