Everett Thomas Orsini, born in October 1946, has always lived in Rochester, New York. He graduated from McQuaid Jesuit High in 1964. Among other courses, he studied Design at the Rochester Institute of Technology and Art History at the University of Rochester, attending evening classes. After retiring in 2003, after serving as a civilian employee of the police for 30 years, Tom began creating commissioned watercolors of houses in the Rochester area.
