The artwork is sold without a canvas frame and without a gallery-wrapped frame.

The painting was created using a special and unusual technique. The artist uses no brushes for his art but applies the acrylic paint directly by hand to the canvas. The paint is poured very thinly onto unprimed cotton fabric and massaged into the fabric. This allows the paint to penetrate deeply into the fabric and you see no brushstrokes. The artist repeats this process several times. The paintings consist of up to ten layers / coats of paint. This creates very fine color transitions and nuances that are difficult to reproduce accurately in photos.
