Stone corbel from a temple or a haveli (palace) depicting a parrot. At its top there is a small hollow that I believe was used to place a small lamp. Remains of blue paint, the typical color of Brahmin houses, of palaces and palatial houses in cities like Jodhpur and other cities in India.
