The Sega Multi-Mega is a combined 16-bit game console and CD player, developed by Sega and released in April 1994.
It is a hybrid system that integrates the functions of a Sega Mega Drive and a Sega Mega-CD into one compact unit.

Key features and facts:

Functionality: Can play both Mega Drive cartridges and Sega CD games.

Portability: Was partly marketed as a portable CD player that could run on two AA batteries, although games required an external power supply and a TV connection.

Design: Much more compact than the separate Mega Drive and Mega-CD II combination.

Rarity: Due to the high price and short production run, the device was not widely sold in Europe and is now a rare collector’s item.
